How to Remove an Order Stuck in "Ready to Ship"

Occasionally, an order that’s been canceled or refunded may remain in your “Ready to Ship” list if eBay fails to notify Flipwise that it no longer needs to be shipped.

By default, Flipwise automatically removes any orders that stay in “Ready to Ship” for more than 15 days.

If you want to remove an order sooner, you can mark it as shipped manually after it has sat unshipped for 48 hours:

  1. Go to the item’s detail page.
  2. Locate the order on the timeline.
  3. Click “Manually mark as shipped.”

This will immediately remove the order from your “Ready to Ship” list.
