Viewing Totals and Averages on Index Screens

You can quickly view totals and averages for the items currently displayed on any index screen in Flipwise. (Index screens are the main pages that show your items in a table, such as Active, Ready to Ship, or All Sold.)

How it works

Look for the calculator icon in the top-right corner of any index screen. Clicking it will instantly display total and average values for the data currently visible in your list.

What it shows

Depending on the page, you may see values such as:

Total and average gross sales
Total and average net profit
Total and average purchase cost
Total and average list value
And other key metrics relevant to the page you’re viewing

Because the totals are based only on the items currently shown, any filters or searches you’ve applied will automatically update the results, which makes it easy to see quick, accurate insights for specific subsets of your data.

Example uses

Find the total gross sales for everything in Ready to Ship
See the average sale price of items from a particular purchase location
See the total purchase price for everything stored in a specific storage location.
Compare totals between marketplaces or storage locations without exporting or running a report

This feature gives you instant visibility into your numbers. No need to generate reports or export data. Just click the calculator icon whenever you want a quick snapshot of performance.
