Can I import my data using a CSV file or spreadsheet?

Yes! If you keep a spreadsheet that has your cost of goods, purchase location, purchase date, and other acquisition data for your active and sold inventory, we can import that into Flipwise so that you do not need to re-enter that information.

In order to run the import, there needs to be a unique identifier in your spreadsheet that connects each record to an eBay listing or order. Most commonly this is the eBay Listing Title, but other unique identifiers, like the Listing ID or Order ID, or Custom SKU can also work.

We cannot import sales data for other marketplaces outside of eBay.

We can also migrate your data from other bookeeping platforms like My Reseller Genie or Seller Ledger. Simply generate an export of your data from those platforms and send us the resulting file.
