Why are some of my sold products missing list date, photo and Custom SKU?

After importing your eBay data into Flipwise, you may notice that older sold items do not have a photo, list date, or Custom SKU value.

The eBay API, which Flipwise uses to ingest your data, does not include certain data for sold items older than 90 days from the time of your initial import into Flipwise. Unfortunately there is no way around this restriction, and so these sold items older than 90 days will not have a list date, photo or Custom SKU value.

Going forward, Flipwise retains the photo and Custom SKU indefinitely for all active and sold items.
