Can I archive my sales on eBay?

Important: If you have archived sales in your eBay account, Flipwise will not be able to import them when you sign up.

eBay allows sellers to archive historical sales, removing them from the list of recent sales in the Seller Hub. However, we strongly recommend against archiving your sales when using Flipwise. Once a sale is archived, it is no longer accessible through eBay’s API, meaning Flipwise cannot ingest or update data related to it.

While previously imported archived sales will remain visible in Flipwise, any future actions that impact your numbers—such as returns or shipping cost adjustments—will not be reflected. Keeping your sales unarchived ensures Flipwise has the most accurate and up-to-date data.
