Do you back up my data?

Yes.

All data on Flipwise is stored securely and redundantly. Backups are performed nightly and retained for 30 days, with point-in-time backups going back seven days. In the event of data loss, we can restore from any nightly snapshot taken over the last month, or from any moment in time — down to the second — within the last week.

You may also wish to create your own backups of data stored in Flipwise. You can do so using our Export feature, which you can read more about here.
